If you follow my instastories, you know that this week has been a little stressful with floor planning. I really appreciate so many of y’all reaching out with advice for us as the go through this process. I’m learning a lot of you guys have built and designed homes of your own and know much more about this process than me. I truly appreciate your kind words.
Last weekend, Ben and I went on a date down by the waterway here in The Woodlands. For those of you not familiar with this area, there is an outdoor concert venue here called the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion where so many amazing artist come to perform. When we first moved here (pre kiddos) Ben and I lived in an apartment near the waterway and pavilion and I remember cooking in our place and hearing everyone from Coldplay to Lil Wayne just by opening our balcony doors. Amazing! We live about 20 minutes away from it now, but its always fun to walk around there and listen to who is playing. This particular night, Miranda Lambert was in concert! We grabbed some tex mex before walking around and happened to run into my old Diamond Daring friend, Athena! Great seeing you beautiful lady 😉
